By accessing or using Studiyo AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bloomli Co. (대표: 안영은), registered in South Korea.
Studiyo AI is an AI-powered worksheet generator designed for elementary school students in Grades 1–6. The Service allows users to generate custom practice worksheets based on textbook content, study topics, and vocabulary inputs.
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers a free plan allowing up to 3 worksheet generations. Paid subscription plans (Starter, Standard, Power) provide additional monthly generations. Subscriptions are billed in Korean Won (KRW) on a monthly or yearly basis.
Unused monthly generations do not roll over to the following month. Subscription limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Payments are processed in KRW. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. For our refund policy, please see the Refund Policy.

Worksheets generated through the Service are for personal and educational use. Studiyo AI retains no ownership over content you upload. The Studiyo AI name, logo, and platform design are owned by Bloomli Co.
Worksheets are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the content before use. Studiyo AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational appropriateness of any generated worksheet.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Account page.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloomli Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
